And now the Christmas finish

  1. for the cream topping, whip the cream with the cream stiffener (according to the instructions on the packet). Meanwhile, add a little powdered sugar and green food coloring.
  2. once the cream is sufficiently firm, pour it into a piping bag with a large nozzle and pipe it onto the baked muffins like a Christmas tree.
  3. then decorate the cream with sugar pearls - your sweet Christmas tree cupcakes are ready.
Hint

Tip: If you don't want to use food coloring, you can also make it yourself with vegetables, e.g. spinach or parsley. To do this, wash and puree the leaves. Then pass the mixture through a fine sieve and collect the juice. Bring this to the boil in a pan, where the chlorophyll can then be skimmed off (forms on the surface), which can then be used for further processing. Other options are matcha tea or barley grass powder.
